How to Travel All Around the World – Creative Tuesdays

To travel all around the world would be an exciting adventure.

And I’m already on an exciting adventure! I get to travel all around the world, (right here in cyberspace) sharing my writing and whimsical works of art.

Although … when I focus on the destination I stumble … a lot. That’s when I know I haven’t followed the words mapped out for me in my trusty guidebook. Words like the ones I’ve included in my whimsical piece of art for Creative Tuesdays.

AROUND THE WORLD

ALL AROUND THE WORLD

Now that I’m back on course, I plan on enjoying the journey. And I’ll …

“Depend on God and keep at it because in the Lord God you I have a sure thing.”

Isaiah 26:3 (MSG)

Do you focus on the destination or the journey?

Thanks for reading and commenting.

Blessings and hugs,

Tracy

    • Glad you love my piece and the colours, Janis. It was tough trying to get it done in two weeks. Who knows what will happen next time? I’ll just have to “keep at it”. Thanks for telling me about “Mr. Toast’s Creative Tuesdays”, and it’s nice to connect with you again. And it’s so great to view all the other participant’s art. Such inspiration!

  1. Tracy, welcome aboard! A great first piece for CT. Clever interpretation too and love the bright colours. Thank you for taking the time to do this and sharing it with us all.

As for your question: depends. On long driving trips, I am very much focused on the destination and don;t like to “dauddle” around too much but as for life’s journey, its more just taking one day at a time. It’s far too unpredictable for me at least to really set end goals but that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t like to now and then. 🙂

    • Michael, thank you for making me feel welcome, and for your encouraging comments. And I agree, taking it one day at a time is the only way to travel through life. Looking forward to your next challenge. I do hope it’s not as difficult. 🙂

  2. how wonderful! I like that bumblebee/butterfly girl and her blue shoes – so very cute. visiting from CT, though I have no entry this week.

hope you’re having a lovely day.

    • So sorry to hear you weren’t able to participate this past week. Computers are such touchy creatures.
Glad you like my bumblebee/butterfly gal and her shoes. Thanks, Liisa. 🙂
