Hello, people!
Did you miss me?
Come on, admit it. I won’t tattle.
Good. Now I can begin.
Today, I’ll present three Christmas cards to round out Tracy Campbell’s Premier Collection. Once you’ve finished gawking, I’ll reveal more about her artistic journey, and then—-.
Hee hee, you have to wait!
Drum roll, puh-leeze!
I present the final three greeting cards.

Greeting Card #108 – Musical Angel
Category: Christmas, Birthday, Celebration, New Baby
Inside: “Let’s Celebrate!”
Okay, okay. The musical angel card suits more than just Christmas. I’m trying to save you some moula! 🙂 ‘Cuz if I don’t—-, I’ll be out of a job! Ack!

Greeting Card #109 – A Bobbin & Buttons Christmas
Category: Christmas
Inside: “May the Spirit of Christmas light up your home! Merry Christmas!”
And last, but certainly not least…

Greeting Card #110 – Greetings
Category: Christmas
Inside: “My arms are outstretched to send you the very best! Merry Christmas!”
Ho Ho Ho!
I’ll keep this next part short and sweet, just like me! 🙂
Tracy’s artistic travels led her to Regal Gifts (a Canadian mail-order company). And wouldn’t you know it, Tracy managed to wrangle an interview, and then they hired her to design wrapping paper and gift enclosure cards for their Country Charm Collection. (At the age of twelve, she used to sell Regal products by poundin’ on doors in her Northern Ontario neighborhood.)
Tracy’s confidence soared. She submitted additional designs to a well-known calendar company in Markham, Ontario. Rejected, she sulked, unaware God was still at work.
A few months later, Tracy received a phone call. Her name had been passed on to Zebra Studios, who at the time published calendars for the Calendar Club. By the way, Zebra Studios made Tracy feel like family. Awesome people!
Flabbergasted isn’t the right word to describe how she felt. Anyway, she interviewed for a job, and was hired to design a “baby’s first year keepsake“ calendar.
The following year, Tracy designed a “twelve-month folk art“ calendar for the same company.
Both calendars sold like hot cakes in mom-and-pop book stores, Chapter’s book stores in Canada, and Barnes & Noble in the U.S.
Okay. I’ve kept you waiting long enough.
When, where, and how you can you get your hands on Tracy Campbell’s bee-ee-ee-u-ti-ful Premier Collection?
Outstanding question, but you’ll have to stay tuned for another post! Gotcha! 🙂
Before I fly away, here’s another glowing endorsement we’ve received.
“I remember the day my package of cards arrived in the mail. I tore into it like a little kid on Christmas morning. Oh, and I wasn’t disappointed. The warmth of these cards just jumped off the paper and into my heart. They are so very beautiful and I can’t wait to share.” – Terrol
Forever yours,
Matilda!

Tracy,
I like your style, personally and professionally! Your art is beautiful and your willingness to put yourself out there shows so much determination. You are an inspiration.

Hi P. Becky, thanks so much for chiming in. The buttons are dancing on the tree just for you! 🙂
So cute Tracy! I love a bobbin and buttons : )
Thanks, Judy!. That’s two vote now for the bobbin and button tree. 🙂
Hmm…maybe I should’ve put up a poll.
Those are beautiful – and just in time for the holidays!
Thank you, Sherry. Yes, I’ll sneak in just in the nick of time.
I love the additional cards you created… I love the whimsical nature of the cards too. TY Tracy! 🙂
Thanks so much, Eliz. Glad you love the cards and the whimsy. Watch for my big announcement. LOL 🙂
Wow! You are super talented. Your cards are very cute. I’m so excited for all that’s happening for you. Glad I mentioned my not receiving your emailed posts! I should have thought to check your site. I agree about the button tree, but the gingerbread man star is my fave 🙂
I honestly have to say my talent is a gift from above. When I finish a piece. I sit back and wonder did I really draw and paint that piece? I’m so glad you asked. I was having technically difficulties a few weeks back, so perhaps your email got kicked out. That’s me sad :-). But the important thing is that you’re back! Yeah! 🙂 Even though their my designs, I have my favorites too.
