Hello, people!
I’m ba-ack! For those of you who are new to Tracy’s blog, I’m Matilda—Tracy’s marvelous marketing maven.
I’m scratching my left antenna. Hmm…where should I start? Aha! At the beginning, of course.
Tracy’s self-conscious about tooting her own horn, so I flapped my wings and flew to the rescue.
Let me draw your attention to Tracy’s sidebar. Yeah, I know, hardly anyone glances in that direction, but puh-leeze humor me.
Did You Spot Tracy’s “Facebook” banner?
Yup! That’s right, people. I signed Tracy up on Facebook and on LinkedIn. She put up a struggle, but after whacking her with my watering can, she came to her senses. She didn’t have a fighting chance! Now, she needs lots of friends to “like” her on Facebook and “accept her invitation” on LinkedIn. But wait! Don’t go yet—there’s more exciting news!
Did You Notice the Slideshow?
To commemorate the year 2013, I’ve rounded-up some of Tracy’s whimsical works of art (thirteen of them, to be exact) and partnered with Fine Art America to reproduce Tracy’s art onto metal, acrylic, and stretched canvas. You’ll also be able to buy unframed prints or framed prints that are ready to hang on your wall or on a friend’s wall. Hint, hint. 🙂
Six of the thirteen designs are also available as 5″ x 7″ greeting cards. Yup, the prices are higher than Tracy’s square-shaped cards, which, by the way, can only be purchased through her Whimsical Shop. And if your budget is a concern, you might want to stock up on the square-shaped cards, ‘cuz I’m not certain how long I can keep the prices so ridiculously low.
Finally, Tracy will be a guest author four times a year over at Family and Faith Matters.
Family and Faith Matters is a blog dedicated to “equipping moms for faithful living.” It’s a safe haven where you can read articles on money, creativity and crafts, fitness and health, prayer, time management, and education.
Tracy’s first article will be featured on Saturday, March 30th.
In the meantime, please check out Family and Faith Matters’ superb blog. When you subscribe, you’ll receive a complimentary e-book on health and fitness, written by author Kimberley Payne.
Speaking of health and fitness, it’s time I dip and soar down the halls of Tracy’s farmhouse. I need to keep in shape so I can swat the annoying honeybees that infiltrate Tracy’s gardens every spring.
Which reminds me—one lucky person has been chosen to receive a signed copy of Virginia Wright’s book, Buzzzzzzzz…What Honeybees Do.
Drum roll, puh-leeze. Do you hear me beating my wings on the watering can? No? Sigh.
And the winner is…Vivian Kirkfield!
Wait! Virginia’s queen bee just emailed me a late-breaking bulletin.
“Tracy, I was touched after reading so many wonderful comments, so I’ve chosen another commenter to receive one of my other books–Crying Bear. And that commenter would be…Catherine Johnson. “
Now hurry, ladies, and send Tracy your address by clicking here.
Thanks, Virginia. Now that I’ve read your fabulous book, I know how to handle those busy-bodied bees.
Here’s a new drill. There’s a “Share My Post” heading at the bottom of this post. Press the Email, Digg, StumbleUpon, Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, or Facebook doohickeys so you can pass along this marvelous post.
If you want to receive our free posts by email, just enter your email address in the box under “Sign Me Up!” or check off the box after you leave marvelous comments!
And puh-leeze, don’t forget to join Tracy on her Facebook page. 🙂
P.S. Click the arrow on the sweet flower, and you’ll be swept into Tracy’s Whimsical Shop! That’s where you can purchase her be-ee-a-u-ti-ful square-shaped greeting cards!
P.P.S. Click the slideshow on the sidebar or press the banner below to buy Tracy’s be-ee-a-u-ti-ful whimsical works of art for you or for a friend.
Yikes! “No, Tracy! Don’t put me back in the mason jar!”
OH NO! She whacked you with her watering can…I know it sounds awful, but I actually laughed. Sorry Tracy. I hope you don’t have any bruises. Congratulations on all your great news! I’m headed to your Facebook page right now! Can’t wait to read your guest blogs 🙂

Hi Susan,
Social media sure takes a lot of time, but I wouldn’t have met so many wonderful people. And you’re one of them. Are you on Facebook?
Tracy,
I’m so happy for you! You’re branching out all over. You even got a jump on Spring. New places to post and new ways for your posts to be found. Well deserved and I know it all came about because of hard work and determination. Way to go, Tracy!
Hi Linda, It is hard work some days. But most days, I love it! 🙂
Sounds like you really got things moving, if only humans had half the effort.

I wasn’t gone anyway. Just Matilda. But it appears most of my followers didn’t get this post today, and I can’t figure out what when wrong. Don’t you just love technology. 🙂
When I didn’t get a Blog notice I hunted you down….yes Matilda isn’t the only sneaky sleuth in your world…….one question…What are you doing with all your ‘free’ time LOL !!!?
Congrats on joining us (via watering can) on the wonderful and even wackier (no pun intended….well perhaps) world of Facebook.
You’re not the only one who didn’t get this post. And I don’t know why, but it’s probably Matilda’s fault. Thanjs for hunting us down. And you must have fainted seeing “us” on Facebook. 🙂
Welcome back Matilda! Hope all is well with you and Tracy. Congrats to my two blog buddies who won books… They are deserving. 🙂

Good thing she whacked you with the watering can. You needed to take care of that business. You have too much talent not to get it out there everywhere. Congrats on the slideshow and partnership. You are doing amazing things, and I am so happy for you!

Listen, Tracy, I don’t see your posts on my reader. I know about them because I receive the notice in my inbox, but it makes me wonder why in the world I’m unable to see them at wordpress’ reader.
Since I cannot find the “I like button” or the toolbar right up the page either, gave you “thumbs up”… Sigh. Good Night, friend…

Hi Inez,
First, thank you so much for stopping by.
Second, because I use wordpress.org and not wordpress.com, the format is different which doesn’t make me happy and that’s why you don’t see my posts in your reader. There is no “like” button, just a “thumbs up” button.
I know that doesn’t help, but it’s out of my control. 🙁
Have a blessed Easter. 🙂
I study quite a few outstanding material here. Definitely worth bookmarking intended for revisiting. I personally surprise exactly how much attempt you placed to create these amazing informative web-site.
Thank you and have a lovely day. 🙂
